INSIDE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Who You Are:

  • At least 1-2 years experience in technology sales, preferably in SaaS
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Self motivator with high energy and drive
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Technologically savvy
  • Ability to handle objections and relate to users
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as a member of a team

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Own all aspects of the inside sales process on defined opportunities including ongoing qualification, product demonstration, evaluation, qualification, pricing, negotiation and closing sales
  • Build a pipeline of both short-term and longer-term opportunities, focusing on inbound leads
  • Know product features and key benefits inside and out and act as a subject matter expert to provide potential clients with product quotes and industry knowledge
  • Travel to and network at conferences and industry events to build pipeline, which includes setting up and manning the booth and lead follow up
  • Leverage your personal network to generate leads and close deals
  • Maintain visibility into your activities through accurate reporting in CRM software
  • Document and report feedback received from prospects and sales interactions to management
  • Stay current on competitive data, KYC/AML regulations and competitive trends
  • Other duties as assigned by management
